DIRECTLOC privacy policy

This privacy policy explains which personal data DIRECTLOC collects on this website, why we use it and how you can exercise your rights. We wrote it in plain language, because your trust matters.

1. Who is responsible for your data?

DIRECTLOC, a car rental agency located at 18 Ard El Aabdi, Lot Al Massar, 1st floor, Office 3, Marrakech. You can reach us on +212 661 242 366 or at contact@directloc.com.

2. Which data do we collect?

When you book, we collect your name, phone number, email address, address, and the rental dates and locations. If you write to us through the contact or callback form, we receive your message and contact details. Besides, the site uses technical cookies, for example to remember your language and your booking dates.

3. Why do we use this data?

We use it to handle your booking, answer your requests and support you during the rental. We never sell it to third parties.

4. Virtual assistant

The messages you write to the virtual assistant are sent to artificial intelligence providers to generate a reply. Therefore, never type a password, a bank card number or any other sensitive data in this chat.

5. Payment

You pay on delivery or by bank transfer. As a result, the site does not collect any bank card data.

6. How long do we keep your data?

We keep it as long as needed to manage your booking and to meet our legal obligations, then we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Under Moroccan law no. 09-08, you may ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its processing. To do so, write to contact@directloc.com. You can also visit the CNDP, the Moroccan personal data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies.
